In 2013, the house at the corner of Old Chelsea Road and Route 105 became the Bistro-Pub Manchester, 100 years after its original construction. Yann Jodoin, the first owner, wanted to compete amicably with his neighbor, the Chelsea Pub, by naming it Manchester. Yes, like the British soccer teams.

Since then, The Manchester has become a well-known restaurant in the Outaouais region. A local bar beloved by Chelsea residents, it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all. In addition to its convivial character, the Manchester offers hearty cuisine and a wide selection of local beers.

The restaurant's primary mission is to create a warm gathering place for the Chelsea community.
